Processing Time
All products are handmade to order unless otherwise stated as Ready to Ship.
Please allow:
- 3–7 business days for standard orders
- 7–14 business days for custom orders
- Additional processing time during large launches, holidays, or sales events
Turnaround times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and tracking information will be emailed once your order has been processed.
Momo's Scents & More is not responsible for:
- Delayed shipping caused by USPS or UPS
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
