All makers are required to download, print, complete, and sign the applicable forms below. Bring your completed and signed forms with you on setup day — they must be turned in before you begin setting up your space. No exceptions.

1. Curated Maker Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your participation as a maker at Momo's Creative Studio, including consignment structure, space fees, inventory responsibilities, and more. All makers must sign this agreement.
