Approved Makers Instructions

Congratulations on being approved as a maker at Momo's Creative Studio! Please follow each step below in order. All steps are required before you can set up your space in the studio.

Step 1: Pay Your Space Fee

Your first step after approval is to pay your space fee. This secures your spot in the studio.

Step 2: Print & Complete Your Forms

Download, print, and fill out all required maker forms. You will need to bring your completed and signed forms with you when you come to set up your space — no exceptions.

Required forms include:

• Maker Agreement
• W9 Form
• Fee Addendum

Step 3: Create Your Portal Login

Once your fee is paid, create your account on the Maker Portal. This is the system you will use to manage all of your products and inventory — it is mandatory.

Step 4: Set Up Your Inventory in the Portal

Log into your Maker Portal and add all of your products. Every item must be entered and tagged in the portal before it can be placed in the studio. No untagged inventory will be accepted.

Step 5: Come In & Set Up Your Space

Once your forms are ready and your inventory is entered and tagged, you're ready to come into the studio and set up your designated space. Bring your signed forms with you — these must be turned in before you begin setting up.

Momo's Creative Studio staff will be there to assist you. Once your space is set up, you're all done — we handle the rest!
